2020 Spaghetti Dinner Chinese Auction

Kopy Kat Sanctuary is hosting a Chinese Auction for the Spaghetti Dinner

Event: Oct 17th 3-7pm at Garden City Hall in Monroeville, PA

The Chinese auction baskets will be posted online beginning October 1 for online bid PayPal ticket purchases. Baskets will also be available OCT 17th FOR IN PERSON BID PURCHASES at the Garden City firehall that day while getting your food.

For safety’s sake, BASKET DRAWINGS WILL BE HELD VIA FACEBOOK LIVE AT A SET TIME (TBA) THE DAY AFTER THE EVENT to avoid the large crowd that would usually wait for the drawings.

**Please keep an eye out for a few final baskets being added 10-2-20*

Bidding Instructions

During a Chinese Auction, bidders buy tickets and use those to bid for prizes. The more you want something, the more tickets you put in the basket to increase your odds of winning.

Ticket Cost: 6 for $5, 12 for $10, 18 for $15, 24 for $20 and so on (listed on the form)

***A Form must be filled out prior to any ticket purchases***

-Bid ONLINE ONLY: Fill out the form below to request tickets to bid. Select the amount of tickets to bid on each basket. The bids on each basket should total the amount of tickets you requested to bid. (The form can be filled out more than once for multiple / separate purchases).

-Payment: Click the Paypal link to make a payment. Use the note section to state what the payment is for. Example use “Chinese Auction Ticket – 24 tickets” and write the amount of tickets purchased.

-A Kopy Kat Sanctuary Member or Volunteer will reach out to you within 24 hours to confirm your payment. Bids will be placed in the correct basket and we will provide you with your ticket numbers for your records at this time.
